No, you will be purchasing Noble products through Jean, an authorized Noble dealer. Noble Panels and Gates is the manufacturer. As an authorized dealer, Jean Sells Noble has purchased stock that can be loaded in Milton-Freewater at the Noble dock. Jean has served the horse community with Noble material for 30 years.

There are two ways of doing business with Jean:

Ordering through this website is a quick purchasing option for select popular Noble items. These items are available pick up in Milton-Freewater, OR.

Yes, that can be done by calling Jean at  971-387-9147. Please be aware that changing your order could possibly change your scheduled pickup date and window time slot. Orders cannot be changed once they have been pulled and banded at the Noble facility.

No. Noble Panels and Gates does not handle money transactions from customers for dealer sales. Your order must be paid in full on this site at the time of your order and you will receive a receipt. Simply bring your confirmation and receipt with you on the day you pick up your order.

Yes, you can cancel within 3 business days prior to your scheduled pick up date. You call 503-550-6497 to arrange cancellation or email [email protected] and get a cancellation confirmation. The credit card processor (Square) and your bank have their own processing time. It can take up to 10 to 15 days to show on your credit card. You will be refunded 96% of your purchase price on the credit card that you used to make the purchase. The credit card company does not refund their processing fee to the vendor.

If you cancel your order within 3 business days prior to your scheduled pickup, you will receive a refund of 96 % of the dollars you paid on the credit card you used to make the purchase. You must email [email protected] or call 503-550-6497 to arrange your refund and get a refund confirmation. The credit card processor, Square, and your bank have their own processing times. It can take up to 10-15 days to show on your credit card.

Picking Up Your Order

Jean Sells Noble Express orders are only picked up at 51756 Fruitvale Rd, Milton-Freewater, OR 97862.

Do NOT use GPS to navigate to Milton-Freewater, Oregon. Instead, please follow the directions here and give Noble a call at 800-437-3966 if you need more assistance.

Only over deck trailers will be loaded. Be sure to review acceptable trailers here. Your material will be pre-banded and loaded from the side with a forklift.

Bring commercial grade ratchet over straps to secure your load on your trailer.

Trailer types for picking up from Jean Sells Noble

 

If you bring the wrong kind of trailer you will NOT be loaded. There are no exceptions. Safety and a secure load is always the priority.

When an order is placed, you will be contacted with the length of trailer needed and load weight. If you have any questions about type and length of trailer prior to ordering, please use the contact link to inquire about what items you are considering. We would be happy to get back to you with the appropriate information. Typically, the trailer will be between 12 ft and 30 ft long and full 8 ft wide deck (depending on your order). 



When you place your order, you will be given the option of choosing a specific day for pick up from Monday through Friday (with the exception of holidays).

Orders will be available for picking up in 1-2 weeks (business days) from date of order.

Once you place your order, you will be given the option of selecting a morning or afternoon pick up window.

Morning arrival window at the Noble dock is 8:30 am to 11:30 a.m (Monday through Friday).

Afternoon arrival window at the Noble dock is from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 pm (Monday through Friday).

Be sure to arrive during the window slot that you have selected. Keep in mind that Noble will not load if you arrive after 3:30 p.m.   

Once you arrive, check in at the office and provide them with your receipt and confirmation. They will tell you where to park. You will be asked to sign paperwork and be given a copy of what is to be loaded.

Of course we understand that life happens, so know that we will work with you to change your scheduled pickup date and/or time slot if you contact Jean as soon as possible. This will avoid any restocking fees that will otherwise be assessed if you do not show up without prior arrangements. Call, text or email Jean at 971-387-9147 or  [email protected].    

If you do not show up for your scheduled pickup date without prior arrangements and approval by Jean, your order will automatically be canceled, and 75% of your purchase price will be refunded to your credit card.  A 25% restocking fee will be retained by Jean Sells Noble Express.
